The Treasurer is in charge of finances for the society, this includes the bank account. Details of the bank account can be found in the committee chat.

The Treasurer should also be registered for Banking 365, Bank of Ireland’s online banking system. The PIN for which should be kept separate to the treasurer to ensure that two signatories must be present for transactions to occur.

The Society has a debit card which, alongside the PIN, is kept with an elected member of the committee. This has been the Chairperson since October 2022.
